PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of booking for in-salon and at-home salon services. For bridal services and corporate events, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance plus any additional services and hours on the day of the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all regular services including but not limited to blowouts, haircuts, color services, makeup, waxing, manicures and pedicures. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your credit card will be charged for the full amount and appropriate taxes of the service booked.
SPECIAL SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy for all of our special services, including extensions, keratin treatments, bridal services, at-home services and corporate event services. If you fail to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged for the full amount and appropriate tax of the service booked.
