Each Concierge at The Plaza is a member of the ‘Les Clefs d’Or,’ the international concierge association, a minimum five years of experience as a concierge is required in order to join this prestigious association. Consequently, our concierge department is uniquely equipped to assist you in accessing the best of New York’s events and attractions; including restaurant reservations, theatre tickets, concert passes and sports seats.
Upon arrival, The Plaza concierge department is available each day in the Fifth Avenue hotel lobby, and each night from 11 PM until 6 AM at the overnight desk.

The Plaza accepts small dogs or cats (approx 15-20 pounds maximum). Other animals are not permitted. Pets cannot be left unattended in the room. All guests checking in with a pet have to sign a release accepting responsibility for any damage caused by the pet. If there is damage caused by the pet the owner must pay all charges incurred in full to have it repaired. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome.

Same-day dry-cleaning and laundry services are available seven days a week. Laundry bags and price list are located in the guest room closet.
